Aurora Charter is an owner-operated sailing yacht charter company based in Marina Betina, Croatia. For the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Aurora Charter is the data controller of the personal data described in this policy.

We only collect personal data that you provide to us directly, typically when you send a booking enquiry or contact us. This may include:

Enquiry correspondence that does not lead to a booking is retained for a limited period in case of follow-up questions. Booking and contract data is retained for the periods required by applicable Croatian accounting, tax and maritime regulations.

Where necessary, data may be shared with service providers who support our operations — for example email and IT service providers, our accountant, or authorities where a legal obligation exists (such as crew list reporting to the harbour authorities).
